No. Fluent is an iPhone app, and there is no Android version.

Yes. Privacy is our top priority. Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest with managed keys, hosted on AWS (SOC 2 certified infrastructure). Fluent staff don't have routine access to your conversations, and we never sell or share your conversation data. Per-user encryption keys are on our roadmap; our security page says exactly what we do and don't claim.

Your data is stored in the cloud on AWS, encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest with managed keys. AWS infrastructure is SOC 2 certified; Fluent itself does not yet hold that certification. You can delete all your data at any time.

Yes. You can delete your account at any time in the app under Settings › Delete Account. Deleting your account permanently removes your conversations, transcripts, notes and recordings.

Never. We make money from subscriptions, not from selling your data. Your conversations are yours. We don't use them for advertising, we don't share them with third parties, and we don't train AI models on your personal data.

Fluent processes conversations you're part of to help you understand and improve. We recommend informing others that you use conversation intelligence tools, depending on your local laws and personal ethics. Fluent is designed for self-awareness, not surveillance.

Fluent needs an internet connection. Your conversations are processed and stored in your account in the cloud, so viewing insights, people profiles and conversation history needs a connection too.

Fluent is designed to be storage-efficient. The app itself is about 100MB. Conversation data varies based on usage, but typically uses 50-200MB after several months. You can manage storage in the app settings.

Fluent is optimized for minimal battery impact. Background sync is carefully managed to minimize power consumption. Most users report less than 5% daily battery usage.
