Fluent Teams: one bill for your team's Pro seats
Fluent is an iPhone app that takes AI notes on your meetings. Fluent Teams lets one admin buy and manage Pro seats for a team, and invite people with a link.
$12 per seat per month, or $120 per seat per year (2 months free). Taxes may apply. Your first team subscription starts with a 14-day free trial, one trial per admin.

A workspace for your team
Create a team workspace on the web. Your own notes stay in your personal workspace.
Invite people with a link
Enter a teammate's email address and Fluent emails them an invite. You also get the link when you create or resend an invite, so you can send it yourself if the email doesn't arrive. It works only when they sign in with that email address, and it stops working if you resend or revoke the invite. Joining makes them a member of the workspace. Once an admin has bought seats, each member takes one.
One bill, managed by an admin
An admin buys seats with Stripe Checkout, and changes the plan, the card or cancels in Stripe's customer portal. Fluent adds and removes seats as people join and leave.
Your notes stay yours
Joining a workspace doesn't share your notes or recordings. Your team sees a note only if you add it to a team folder: its text, and its transcript only if you choose to include it, never the audio. When you leave the workspace, your notes leave its folders.
Admins and members
Admins manage members, roles and billing. Members use Fluent as they do on a personal plan. A workspace always has at least one admin, and anyone can leave.
Seats and billing
Once an admin has bought seats, each member of the workspace holds a seat, and every seat gets Fluent's Pro limits. An admin buys and manages seats on the web at app.becomefluent.io. Card details are handled by Stripe, not by Fluent. When someone leaves the workspace, their seat goes with them.
