Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using the Fluent application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Fluent is operated by Feral Intelligence LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Feral Intelligence LLC.

Fluent is a conversation analysis application that helps users understand and improve their communication. The App captures audio through compatible wearable devices, transcribes conversations, and provides AI-generated insights including mood analysis, goal tracking, and coaching.

You must be at least 16 years of age to use Fluent. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

To use Fluent, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Fluent offers subscription plans (Pro and Premium) that provide access to enhanced features. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store.

• Free trial: Eligible users may receive a 7-day free trial. After the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial ends.
• Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
• Price changes: We may change subscription prices from time to time. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period following notice of the change.

Payment is processed by Apple. All purchases are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Record conversations without the knowledge or consent of participants where required by applicable law.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers or networks connected to the App.
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.

The App and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and design) are owned by Feral Intelligence LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload through the App, including conversation recordings, transcripts, and notes.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

AI-generated insights, analyses, and coaching provided by Fluent are for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice. Fluent is not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, or medical advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Feral Intelligence LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Feral Intelligence LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by email. Your continued use of Fluent after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
