Frequently asked questions
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data belongs to you. If you cancel, your account moves to the Free plan and your conversations stay in it. You can request a copy of your data by contacting us; there is no in-app export for now. To remove everything, delete your account in the app under Settings › Delete Account.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest with managed keys, hosted on AWS (SOC 2 certified infrastructure). Fluent staff don't have routine access to your conversations, and we never sell or share your conversation data. Per-user encryption keys are on our roadmap; our security page says exactly what we do and don't claim.
Do credits roll over?
Monthly plan credits reset each billing cycle. However, credits purchased separately never expire and can be used anytime.
