Three plans, each with monthly limits. Full comparison lives on the pricing page; this is the short version.

Annual billing saves roughly 30% on both paid tiers.
Monthly limits
Pro includes 10 coaching sessions and 10 meeting notes a month. Premium has no cap on either. Limits reset at the start of each month.
When you reach a limit on Free or Pro, upgrade to the next plan. Premium is the top plan, so its 100 hours of transcription a month reset with the rest at the start of the month.
Managing the subscription
Subscriptions run through the App Store — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel in Settings → Subscriptions on your iPhone, or from Fluent's account screen. Changes take effect at the next billing boundary.

Yes — 5 conversations a month, free, no credit card. Enough to wear the pendant through a real week and see what the analysis is actually like.
What happens when I reach my monthly limit?
On Free or Pro, upgrade to the next plan. Premium is the top plan: its 100 hours of transcription a month reset at the start of each month, like every limit. There are no add-on packs.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Pro and Premium are managed through the App Store subscription — cancel there and it stops at the end of the period.
