Speaker diarization
Every utterance is attributed to a speaker. New voice in the room? Fluent assigns it a placeholder you can name later.
Timestamps
Per-utterance, so you can jump to a specific minute. Skip the small talk; land on the exchange you came for.
Ask Claude about them
Connect Fluent to Claude through its MCP server, and Claude can open your transcripts and answer from them: the meeting where "by Q3" came up, and who said it.
Quote-ready output
Copy a span. Paste it in a Slack message, a doc, an email. The speaker name and date come with it.
