A decision log that writes itself from your meetings
Fluent keeps a decision log across your meetings: each decision with the line it was said in, who made the call, the options that were weighed, and what later meetings did to it.
Decisions get made out loud and then argued about a month later. Was it fifteen percent or twenty? Did Dan agree, or did he say he would think about it? The answer is in the meeting, and nobody wrote it down.
Fluent suggests the decisions it heard. You confirm the real ones, and they go into one log you can search and watch. Fluent only suggests: nothing is added until you confirm it.

What each decision keeps
A decision without its context is just a sentence. Each one in the log keeps the receipts.
The line it was said in
Each decision is cited to its line in the transcript, with who said it. Play it back when the details matter.
Who decided
Fluent names who made the call, and you can change it when it got that wrong.
The options weighed
What else was on the table, who favored it, and the reasons for and against, so "why did we pick this?" has an answer.
Confirm, edit or dismiss
Suggested decisions wait for you on the meeting. Confirm the real ones, fix the wording, dismiss the rest.
Decisions across meetings
Decisions change. The log notices when a later meeting touches an earlier one.
Changed decisions
When a later meeting updates or reopens a decision, Fluent shows both lines side by side. Keep the change, keep it as an update, or dismiss it.
Watch and must decide
Watch the decisions that matter, and keep a list of the calls still waiting to be made.
Follow-through
A kept decision whose date passed with no word that it happened comes back on Today.
Not in the room
When someone a decision affects wasn’t there, Fluent says so. Loop them in puts them on the meeting’s follow-up for you to send.
Questions about the decision log
How does Fluent find the decisions in a meeting?
When Fluent writes a meeting’s recap, it suggests the decisions it heard, each cited to the line in the transcript where it was made. Nothing goes into your log until you confirm it.
Where do I see the decision log?
In the Fluent web app at app.becomefluent.io: on each meeting’s page, and on the Decisions page, which lists every decision as open, tentative or resolved. The decision log is on the web today. The iPhone app shows the decisions made in each meeting.
Can I ask an AI assistant why we decided something?
Yes. Connect Fluent to Claude or ChatGPT, then ask why a decision was made or how it changed. The answer cites the meetings it came from.
Does Fluent join the call to hear the decisions?
No. Fluent never joins a call as a bot. It records the room on your iPhone or a paired pendant, or your mic and a browser tab on the web.
