The follow-up email, drafted from what was decided
After a meeting, Fluent drafts the recap email for the attendees from the decisions you kept and the commitments it found: who owes what, by when, in your words.
The follow-up is the part of a meeting that makes it count, and the part that slips first. By the time you sit down to write it, the details are gone.
Fluent writes it from what the meeting settled, so the email says what was actually agreed. You read it, change it, and send it yourself.

How the follow-up works
One draft per meeting, built from what it settled, never sent behind your back.
Built from the meeting
The draft lists the decisions you kept, the meeting’s open commitments with who owes what, and its open questions. Nothing you dismissed goes in.
Your tone
Brief, standard or formal. Switch and the draft is rewritten.
Ask for a change
Type what you want in plain words, like "shorter" or "drop the pricing part", and Fluent revises it. Or edit the text yourself.
You send it
Open it in your own mail app, addressed to the attendees Fluent knows, or copy it for Slack. Fluent never sends email for you.
Questions about follow-up emails
Does Fluent send the follow-up email for me?
No. Fluent drafts it and opens it in your own mail app, or you copy it. You decide what goes out and to whom.
What goes into the draft?
The decisions you kept from that meeting, its open commitments with who owes what and by when, and its open questions. Commitments go in as soon as Fluent suggests them, so check them on the meeting before you send.
Where do I find it?
On each meeting’s page in the Fluent web app at app.becomefluent.io, under Follow up. The iPhone app can copy a meeting as a visit report.
Who gets the email?
The attendees whose email addresses Fluent knows are filled in, and you can remove any of them. Anyone else, you add in your mail app.
