Connect your calendar

When a conversation settles on a plan with a day — "let's pick this up Thursday at three" — Fluent's calendar agent suggests the event, and you tap Add to put it on your calendar. Connecting your calendar takes about a minute.

Google Calendar

In Fluent, open Settings → Automations & Integrations.
Tap Google Calendar and sign in — it's one OAuth consent screen.
Done. Events you approve now land in Google Calendar.

Apple Calendar

In Fluent, open Settings → Automations & Integrations.
Tap Apple Calendar and grant the native iOS calendar permission.
Events land in your Apple Calendar through EventKit — no account, no OAuth.

You can connect both. Fluent routes to whichever calendar the commitment belongs on.

What actually happens

Turn on Calendar in Settings → Automations & Integrations. Fluent then listens for plans that name a day — "let's do Thursday at three" — and suggests calendar events for your review. Vague ones like "let's grab time sometime" are skipped. Nothing goes on your calendar until you tap Add, and nothing is sent to anyone else. What you agreed to at lunch is still there at 6pm.

Does Fluent create calendar events automatically?

No. When a conversation settles on a day, like 'let's do Thursday at three,' Fluent suggests the event. It goes on your calendar only when you tap Add, and Fluent never sends invites to anyone.

Google or Apple Calendar — which should I use?

Whichever you live in. Google Calendar connects with one OAuth tap. Apple Calendar uses native iOS permission — no Google account needed.

Can Fluent see my whole calendar?

Only what it needs. On your iPhone, Fluent reads your upcoming events to show your meetings and who is in them, and that stays on your phone. If you connect a Google or Microsoft calendar to Fluent's server, it reads each event's title, time, organizer and who is invited, read-only. For a Google calendar it also reads each event's description, keeps only an agenda list it finds there to start the meeting's agenda, and never stores the rest. It never reads notes or attachments.
