Send action items to Google Tasks or Apple Reminders

Every conversation produces commitments — most die on the drive home. Fluent extracts action items from what was actually said and routes the approved ones into the task list you already use.

Google Tasks

In Fluent, open Settings → Integrations.
Tap Google Tasks and sign in — the same OAuth flow as Google Calendar.
Approved action items land in Google Tasks with the quote that produced them in the notes field.

Apple Reminders

In Fluent, open Settings → Integrations.
Tap Apple Reminders and grant the native iOS permission — no account setup.

The task keeps its context

"Send Sarah the revised scope" — which scope, which meeting, asked by whom? Fluent keeps the conversation attached, so a commitment you open six weeks later still makes sense. Google Tasks carries the exact quote into the task's notes; Apple Reminders gets a date stamp.

What counts as an action item?

Commitments spoken in a conversation — 'I'll send the proposal Friday,' 'we should loop in legal,' 'follow up next week.' Fluent extracts them with the speaker and context attached.

Do action items go straight to my task list?

They're extracted automatically and you approve what gets routed — Fluent isn't dumping every 'we should' into your list unfiltered.

Can I use a different task app?

Today Fluent routes to Google Tasks and Apple Reminders. For anything else, the MCP server exposes your action items to any MCP-compatible client.
