Use your conversations in Claude or ChatGPT (MCP server)

Fluent exposes your conversation memory through a user-facing MCP server — the open standard for connecting AI clients to external tools. Point Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or any MCP-compatible client at it and your conversations become queryable inside the tools you already work in.

Connect a client

  1. In your AI client, add Fluent's MCP server — the endpoint and setup steps are on the MCP page.
  2. You'll get a Fluent sign-in — OAuth 2.1, no API keys. Approve access and the connection is live.
  3. Ask the client something it could only know from your conversations: "What did I agree to send the client last week?" "Summarize my Tuesday."

Why this is unusual

Almost no consumer AI tool does this. Your conversation history isn't locked in an app — it's a data source you can bring into Claude for drafting, into ChatGPT for analysis, into Cursor for whatever you're building. Prep for a meeting by asking the AI that already knows your context, instead of pasting background into a chat window.

Scope and control

Access runs through your authenticated Fluent account — the client sees what you can see. Revoke it any time from your Fluent account; the connection dies with the token, not with a key you have to remember to rotate.
