Using Fluent
Share a meeting note
A share gives someone the notes from one meeting: the title and date, the summary, key points, decisions and action items, and the transcript if you include it. It never includes the audio.
Pick a kind of link
- Open a meeting note and tap the share icon at the top.
- Under Link, choose One-time (it opens once and expires after 24 hours) or Lasting. A lasting link opens again until it expires: pick 7 days, 30 days or Until I turn it off.
- Choose whether to Include the transcript.
- Tap Copy Link, or Share via... to send it.
To stop a link working, tap Turn off this link under it.
Invite someone by email
- On a lasting link, under Invite by email, enter their address, pick Viewer or Collaborator, and tap Invite.
- Fluent emails them the link. They sign in to Fluent with that email address and open the note. A free account works.
- A Viewer reads the note. A Collaborator reads it and can comment on transcript lines, so their link needs the transcript.
- To change someone's role, tap Make Viewer or Make Collaborator. To take an invite back, tap Remove.
An invite works only for the address you sent it to: if someone signs in with a different email, they can't open it.
Limits
- Up to 50 invite emails a day, and up to 5 a day to one address.
- Up to 25 invites on a link.
- Collaborators can leave up to 20 comments each, and a note holds up to 50.
What a share never includes
The audio, voiceprints, people profiles and the Coach view. Anyone with a link can read what you included, so share a link only with people you'd show the notes to.

Does the person I share with need a Fluent account?
Not for a link: anyone with it can open it. An invite by email opens in Fluent, so they sign in with the email you invited, and a free account works.
Can they hear the recording?
No. A share never includes the audio, voiceprints or people profiles.
How many invites can I send?
Fluent sends up to 50 invite emails a day, and up to 5 a day to the same address. Each link can have up to 25 invites.
Can a collaborator change my notes?
No. Collaborators can comment on transcript lines. They can't edit the note, and your own comments stay private.
