What's new in Fluent

3 min read

Here's what changed in Fluent recently. The new meeting notes and pendant start times arrive on their own; update Fluent from the App Store for the rest.

Meeting notes that cover the whole meeting

A meeting's summary used to be a sentence or two. Now it tells the meeting topic by topic: a short paragraph for each main topic, with what was discussed, why, who wanted what, where it landed, and what's still open.

The summary scales to the meeting. A quick exchange stays a sentence or two, and a long meeting gets a paragraph for each topic it covered. Key points, decisions and action items are still listed below it.

Use Fluent from Claude, ChatGPT or Le Chat

Connect your AI lets you ask about your meetings from the assistant you already use: Claude, ChatGPT, Le Chat or Claude Code. Try "What did I promise in my last conversation?" or "Prep me for my 2pm with Dana."

Set it up in Settings › Automations & Integrations › Connect your AI, or follow the steps on Connect your AI. You sign in to Fluent and click Allow, so there are no API keys to paste, and you can remove Fluent in your AI's connector settings at any time. It works on Claude's free plan (1 custom connector) and on Le Chat's free plan.

Pendant meetings keep their real start time

If Fluent restarted or your pendant reconnected partway through a meeting, that meeting could show a later start time than it really had. Pendant meetings now show when they actually started.

Delete a memory

Tap the trash button on a memory to delete it, with its transcript and audio, from your Fluent account.

Related questions

Do my older meetings get the new notes?

No. New meetings get the topic-by-topic notes. A meeting that already has notes keeps them as they are.

Which version of Fluent do I need?

Connect your AI needs Fluent 1.8.0 or later, and deleting a memory needs 1.8.1. The new meeting notes and pendant start times work on any version.
