Does Fluent work for in-person client meetings?
Yes — that's the core use case. A paired Limitless or Omi pendant (or your phone) captures the room audio, and Fluent turns it into a summary, speaker-attributed transcript, commitments, and profiles. Nothing joins the meeting visibly.
Can I keep different clients' conversations separate?
Fluent organizes memory by person and conversation rather than by account-level folders. Person profiles accumulate per contact, so each client's context builds in its own lane, and you can ask Claude about it through Fluent's MCP server.
What about confidentiality?
Your conversations are encrypted at rest and never used to train models. The record belongs to you — share a one-time summary link, request a copy, or delete your account and everything in it. How and when you record in a client setting is governed by your own agreements and local consent law.
