Six clients. Forty meetings a month. One version of what was said.
You bill for judgment, not note-taking. Fluent captures your kickoffs, workshops, and stakeholder calls through a pendant or your phone — then gives you the summary, the commitments by name, and a profile of every client contact that deepens over the engagement.
The notes you'd take if you had a chief of staff in the room.
A record of what was agreed
Scope conversations have a way of being remembered differently in week six. Fluent keeps the verbatim — who proposed what, who agreed, what got carved out — citable back to the meeting where it happened.
Client context that compounds
Person profiles build across every meeting with a client: their priorities, their objections, the name of the stakeholder they keep mentioning. Walk into month four knowing what you learned in month one.
Commitments, tracked both ways
The "I'll send the deck Friday" and their "we'll have the data ready Tuesday" — extracted, listed, and surfaced before the next status call asks about them.
No bot in the participant list
Workshops and stakeholder interviews stay human. The capture happens on your pendant or phone, not as a third attendee the client has to wonder about.
What a consulting week looks like with Fluent
Every conversation, working for the next one.
- Kickoffs and discovery workshops — captured in the room, summarized by speaker, action items split out.
- Status calls where "we talked about this" stops being an argument and starts being a citation.
- Stakeholder interviews that feed a searchable transcript library across the whole engagement.
- The Friday you actually remember: what each client asked for, what you promised, what's still open.
Sensitive rooms are your call. Fluent records what your device hears — consent practices are yours to keep, and the security page covers how the data is held.
Questions
Does Fluent work for in-person client meetings?
Yes — that's the core use case. A paired Limitless or Omi pendant (or your phone) captures the room audio, and Fluent turns it into a summary, speaker-attributed transcript, commitments, and profiles. Nothing joins the meeting visibly.
Can I keep different clients' conversations separate?
Fluent organizes memory by person and conversation rather than by account-level folders. Person profiles accumulate per contact, so each client's context builds in its own lane — searchable by name, topic, or date through Ask Fluent.
What about confidentiality?
Your conversations are encrypted at rest and never used to train models. The record belongs to you — export it, share a one-time summary link, or delete it. How and when you record in a client setting is governed by your own agreements and local consent law.
I already use an AI notetaker for video calls. Why Fluent?
Call-bots cover the meetings on your calendar link. Fluent covers the ones that aren't: the working session at their office, the hallway alignment after the workshop, the dinner where the real concerns surface. Consultants live in both rooms.
